Each project is customized to suit the style preference and character of our clients.  Whether it entails a new build, residential or commercial, a renovation or tenant improvement project, we first meet to discuss the overall blueprint & design concept for the project at hand.   We want to have a clear VISION of what our client expects and articulates during our first meeting.  Afterward, with meeting notes in hand, renderings, plans & feedback from your architect, we get to work; crafting a proposal that matches or exceeds your expectations and expectantly meets with your approval.  

Upon approval, we’ll refine a timeline.  And each and every step of the way, you’ll be kept abreast of our progress as well as given opportunities for change orders.  We’ll provide all change orders in writing and will only proceed upon your written approval.  The way we see it, we’re building something special.  We’re building something together ~ and we’re also building a relationship with you.  You can feel good about the process and the fact that you can reach a Vision GC staff member any time by cell phone.  You can feel good about the quality of the materials and our service.  You can feel good about the end result.
